Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or zoom.
This page is a draft that our lawyer is still reviewing. If anything here is unclear, email us before you rely on it.

Our standard
We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That’s the W3C’s standard for accessible websites, and we check the site against it as we go.
We don’t claim every page fully meets that standard yet. If something gets in your way, please tell us.
What we’ve done
- Text and buttons meet WCAG contrast levels, including text over photos.
- You can use every link, button and form field with a keyboard, and a clear outline shows where you are.
- You can zoom text, and pages fit a screen 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- Tap targets are at least 24 pixels, and main buttons are at least 44 pixels tall.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site follows that setting.
- Photos and screenshots have short text descriptions (alt text) for screen readers.
Known limits
Booking a call takes you to Calendly’s site, and calls run on Google Meet. Our reviews link to Fiverr. We don’t control how accessible those sites are.
If one of them doesn’t work for you, you can reach us by email any day instead.
Tell us about a problem
Email hello@nexalance.com with the page address and what got in your way. If you use assistive technology, such as a screen reader, tell us which one. It helps us find the problem.
A real person replies within 1 hour, 7 AM to 2 AM Bangladesh time, every day. We’ll tell you what we’re going to do about it.
