Money-back promise and refunds
Here’s our promise word for word, how to use it and what it covers.

Our promise
If you’re not happy with what we deliver, tell us within 14 days. We’ll fix it first. If we still can’t make it right, we refund 100% of our fees for that work within 10 business days. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, ad spend, licenses) are not covered. This does not affect your legal rights.
How to ask
Email hello@nexalance.com within the 14 days. Tell us which work you’re not happy with and what isn’t right. Screenshots or a short list help us fix it faster.
What we do first
A real person replies within 1 hour, 7 AM to 2 AM Bangladesh time, every day.
We go through the problem with you, agree what needs to change and fix it. If we still can’t make it right, we refund you as set out below.
When you get your refund
If we can’t make it right, we refund 100% of our fees for that work within 10 business days.
We send it back the way you paid, unless you ask for another way. Your bank or payment service may take a few more days to show it.
What’s covered
The promise covers our fees for the work you’re not happy with.
The free prototype costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund for it.
What isn’t covered
Third-party costs are not covered. That’s money paid to other companies, and their own refund rules apply. For example:
- domain names
- hosting
- ad spend on platforms like Google or Meta
- paid apps, plugins, themes and other software
Monthly services
Monthly services are month to month: cancel any time. Results like rankings, sales or leads are never guaranteed.

Your legal rights
This promise comes on top of your legal rights. It doesn’t replace or reduce them.
If you’re a consumer, the law where you live may give you more. For example, you may have a right to cancel some contracts made online or by phone.
In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives guarantees on many services, including many bought by businesses. This promise doesn’t take them away.
