Do we have to switch gym apps?
No. We start with the app you have and connect to it where it allows. If it can’t do what you need, we’ll say so on the call and you decide.
Can it chase people who skipped their trial?
Yes, by text or email, if they agreed to hear from you when they signed up. You choose the wording and the timing, and it stops once they reply or book. We never sell AI cold calling.
Do people know they’re chatting with an AI?
Yes, it says so up front. Questions about injuries, health or anything it isn’t sure of go to you or your coaches.
Will this stop members from canceling?
No one can promise that, and we won’t. We set things up so you spot quiet members early and reach them before they cancel. Then we show you who came back.
What does it cost? Am I locked in?
No lock-in. Monthly services run month to month, and you can cancel any time. We don’t publish prices: you get a fixed price in writing after the free prototype, before any work starts.
How long does setup take?
It depends on what you pick. We agree the dates on the call and write them into the proposal, so you’re not guessing.
Do you come and film our classes?
No, we’re a team in Bangladesh. You or your coaches shoot on a phone, and we do the editing and posting.
