Who we are
NexaLance is a trading name of SoroBindu OPC, a company registered in Bangladesh.
We decide how the information you send us is used, which makes us its controller under data protection law.
Some laws require a representative in the EU or the UK. If that applies to us, we’ll add their name and contact details here.
What we collect
We collect what you send us, plus the basic records any website keeps:
- When you send the quote form: your name, your email and what you need, plus anything optional you choose to add (business name, website, country, project details, phone or WhatsApp).
- When you book a call: the booking details Calendly passes to us, such as your name, email and the time you chose. The call itself runs on Google Meet.
- When we write or talk: your emails and messages, our replies, and any notes we make about your project. Email runs on Google Workspace.
- If you become a client: your proposal, invoices, payment records and project files.
- When you visit: our web server’s logs. They record things like your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics. Our cookie policy has the details.

Patient and health information
Please don’t send patient or health information through the form or by email. If your project involves patient data, we confirm the privacy rules and the vendor agreements with you before anything touches it.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
Data protection law asks us to give a legal basis for each use. These are ours:
- To answer your request, talk with you on a call, build your free prototype and prepare your proposal. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and once you’re a client, our contract with you.
- To keep this site running and secure, and to keep a record of what we’ve discussed. That way we can pick up where we left off. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe website and a well-run business.
- To keep the records the law requires once you’re a client, such as invoices. Legal basis: our legal obligations.
- Anything we ask your permission for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
How we build your prototype
To build your free prototype, we use what you send us and, if you give us your website, what’s on it. We build prototypes with our own AI production tools, and our team checks every detail.
Who else handles it
We don’t sell your personal information.
We may share it if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute. Apart from that, we share it only with the services we use to run our business, and only for the uses above:
- Calendly (calendly.com), which handles call bookings under its own privacy policy.
- Google, for our email (Google Workspace) and our calls (Google Meet).
- Hostinger, which hosts the server this site runs on, and the service that receives the quote form, which we name here as soon as the form is switched on.
- WhatsApp, if you give us a WhatsApp number and we message you there.
Where it’s handled
Our team works from Bangladesh, so we read and use your information there. The services above may store it in other countries.
Data protection rules in those places may differ from the rules where you live. Wherever your information is handled, we use it only as this policy describes. Email us if you’d like to know how it’s protected when it moves between countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and our messages while we need them to answer you. After our last contact, we keep them for up to 24 months.
If you become a client, we keep the records of our work together for as long as our contract and the law require.
Server logs are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that’s wrong or out of date
- delete your information
- stop or limit how we use it, for example if you object to a use based on our legitimate interests
- send it to you, or to another company, in a common digital format
- withdraw your consent, where we rely on it
How to use your rights
To ask, email hello@nexalance.com. We may need to check it’s you before we act, and we answer every request within the time the law allows.
You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work. In the UK, that’s the ICO (ico.org.uk), and in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr). We’d like the chance to put things right first, so please tell us too.
California, Canada and Australia
California: you can ask what personal information we’ve collected about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, as described above. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
Canada: you can ask to see and correct the personal information we hold about you. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
Australia: you can ask to see and correct your personal information. If you’re not satisfied with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Children
Our site and services are for adults who run a business or are starting one. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy when our services or the law change, and the date at the top will show when. If a change affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll tell you directly before it takes effect.
