The phone rings mid-service. Nobody’s free to answer. That caller tries the place down the street.
We set up an AI receptionist that answers when your team can’t, and we keep your Google listing and reviews up to date. You see it working for your restaurant before you pay anything.
New YorkLondonParisSydneyYour timeOur team, DhakaA real person replies within 1 hour, 7 AM to 2 AM Bangladesh time, every day.
What slips when nobody has a free hand
None of it shows up on the end-of-night report. All of it costs you covers.
Calls come in during the rush, while everyone who could answer is plating or running food.
Your menu online is an old PDF that people have to pinch and zoom on a phone.
Google still shows your old hours, and someone drives over to a locked door.
A one-star review sits there with no reply. In UENI’s 2026 study of 229,882 Google reviews of small businesses, only 9.8% of one-star reviews ever got a reply, and replies that did come took 19.5 days on average.
Nobody has time to answer every review. In BrightLocal’s 2026 survey of 1,002 US adults, 74% seek reviews written in the last three months, and 80% say they’re likely to use a business that responds to all of its reviews.
What we’d set up first. So nobody leaves the pass for the phone.
An AI receptionist for the rush
It picks up when your team can’t, takes reservations, answers menu and hours questions from the information you approve, and passes allergy questions straight to your team. When it can’t answer, it passes the call to your team or takes a message.
A menu that reads well on a phone
Your menu as a proper page on your site, easy for your team to update. Online ordering and table booking can go on it too.
Google and reviews, kept current
We keep your hours and menu link right on your Google Business Profile, and add fresh photos when the menu changes. We also reply to every review in your voice, the glowing ones and the angry ones.
Call your own AI receptionist before you pay
We build a demo receptionist trained on your restaurant. You call it from your own phone and ask what your guests ask. If the website is the bigger problem right now, we build a clickable home page with your menu instead.

More we can take off your plate
Instagram content
Posts and short videos of tonight’s specials and what’s coming off the pass. We make them from your own photos and footage, and post on a schedule you approve.
Online ordering
Takeout ordering on your own website, linked from Google and Instagram.
Table booking
A booking form on your site for regular tables and bigger groups, with a confirmation that goes out on its own.
Email to your regulars
A short note when the menu changes or there’s an event, sent to guests who signed up for it.
Meta and Google ads
Local ads for a new menu or a quiet night, with a monthly report of what you spent and what came back.
Back-office automation
Supplier invoices and daily sales numbers moved into your books or spreadsheet without anyone retyping them.
A care plan for the site
Updates and backups every month, and fixes when something breaks, so you don’t have to think about the site.

Questions restaurant owners ask
Will the AI make things up about allergens?
No. Allergy questions go straight to your team, or become a message for you. It answers menu and hours questions only from the information you approve.
Will callers know they’re talking to an AI?
Yes. It tells every caller it’s an AI and follows the call-recording notice rules where you are. It can pass the call to a person when someone asks.
Can it book straight into our reservation system?
That depends on the system you use. On the call we look at how you take bookings today. You’ll know what it can connect to before you pay anything.
Have you built anything with menus and reservations?
Yes. We built the site for Tate Farms, a family pumpkin farm in Alabama. It covers Tate’s Table menus and reservations alongside birthday parties and corporate events. The better proof is your own free prototype.
How much does it cost?
We don’t publish prices. You get a fixed price in writing after the free prototype, before any work starts. Monthly services are month to month, so you can cancel any time.
We’re slammed all day. When can we talk?
Book a 30-minute call on Google Meet in a slot that works around service. If you’d rather not talk yet, send the form and we’ll reply in writing.
What if we don’t like what you build?
Tell us within 14 days. We’ll fix it first, and if we still can’t make it right, we refund 100% of our fees for that work. Third-party costs like hosting and ad spend aren’t covered.
Tell us about your place in the form. A real person replies within 1 hour, 7 AM to 2 AM Bangladesh time, every day. Then we plan your free prototype together.
