Will callers know it’s not me?
Yes. Every call starts with it saying it’s an AI answering for your business, and it can put the call through to you. It also follows the call-recording notice rules where you work.
What happens with a real emergency at night?
You set the rules. A burst pipe or no heat in winter can go straight to your phone. Anything that can wait gets booked for the morning.
Will it make sales calls for me?
No. We only set up receptionists that answer incoming calls. We don’t sell AI cold calling.
Can it give prices over the phone?
Only the ones you give it. If a job needs a look first, it books a visit or a callback instead of guessing.
Do I need a new phone number?
You shouldn’t. Calls you don’t pick up can forward to the receptionist, so customers keep calling the number they know. We check how your phone provider handles it before the proposal.
What does this cost me?
